Scouts BSA Conservation Land and Trail Projects for Eagle Scout Award

Thanks to all involved with these Eagle scout projects and to Westford Conservation trust mentors for their help & guidance.

Acker-Dan-DeSilva Trail Bridge Project – Surya Patil

Troop 195 Boy Scout Surya Patil completed the Acker Trail bridge on the section of the town owned DeSilva property. Since this was town owned property, the bridge was required to meet ADA specifications for completion of this project.

Tom Paul Trail – Construction & Bench Installations – Owen Shultz

Troop 159 Boy Scout Owen Schultz reported on his completion of three benches along the Tom Paul Trail. All bench legs are anchored two feet into the ground at scenic locations along the trail.
