A Walk to the Stone Arch Bridge

In celebration of Earth Month, Len Palmer will lead a walk along an abandoned rail trail over Westford’s iconic Stone Arch Bridge. The bridge was built in 1872 entirely of granite blocks without aid of mortar. It spans Stony Brook, where nice views of waterfowl and a beaver dam are seen. Walk is flat.
