SUMMARY:Timberlake Trails Guided Hike
DESCRIPTION:Trail Description: The Timberlake Trails are located on 44 acres of open space purchased by the town in 2014. \nJoin Trust member Gerry DiBello as we explore the trails on this land in the winter silent season. Trails are rocky and boulder strewn and include a large glacial erratic named Dinosaur Egg Rock.In several places are groves of young white pines. Before becoming town owned conservation land this area was actively logged. By counting branches of the young pines we can tell their ages.We will also visit the bridge that accesses Tenney Road\, Sociable dogs on leash are welcome. \nWalks are free of charge\, no sign up required.
